Our Olympic weightlifting class will test and train your ballistic and explosive strength limits. Under the supervision of our coaches you will learn and perfect the techniques of Olympic weightlifting and reap all of its benefits and guess what? You don’t have to be an Olympian! Unlike your standard gym weightlifting sessions, this form of lifting involves utilising your whole body at the same time. As a result, you get a great cardio hit while strengthening and targeting muscles from your toes to your teeth.
