Our Strength classes are primarily designed to build our members strength! The class is structured in a way which focuses on the bigger “PUSH AND Pull” exercises like squats, deadlifts, overhead presses, big back pulls and chest press lifts. These are the primary functional lifts from which most CrossFit exercises are derived from. Every class focusses on two main lifts or muscle groups per day, programming the big lifts with secondary assistance lifts.
Each class members will perform the same exercises but at a load specific to their own abilities allowing them to do what is required to increase their strength at a steady progressive pace. This class also places a big emphasis on form and technique allowing participants to work safely while pushing their strength limits.
