- Good DU technique (Dont force it)
- Overhead Squat – Rest on back
- Back to Doubles – Move with Purpose
- Ring Muscle Up (Break early, dont risk failing reps, Keep moving).
- DB Snatch – Alternate in the air
- Bar Muscle Up – Jump into it
